The food is prepare... read more Fantastic ceviche and expertly prepared sushi. Normally, I would avoid seafood in the mountains, but the cook flew his fish fresh from Lima. The food is prepared in your eyes. It's so delicious my daughter insisted that we eat almost every day there we were in Cusco!! This hole in the wall is worth waiting for a free chair.
