They serve two large platters of perfectly grilled seafood. The beer was also perfectly chilled, and the staff were very accommodating.

The prices are reasonable, and you can bring your own wine; they’ll open it for a small fee. The only downside was that we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our dishes to arrive, but in the end, it was definitely worth it.

Rib and reef hugely exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed a delicious prawn gratinee followed by a fresh grilled fish and garlic prawns, beautifully presente... read more Rib and reef hugely exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed a delicious prawn gratinee followed by a fresh grilled fish and garlic prawns, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, served with seasoned rice and a tasting assortment of local vegetables. The chef obviously takes pride in his menu and even the water was not your average local water. There were lots of dishes to choose from, European and Mauritian. For desert, our choice, a delicious chocolate lava cake had a fondant interior and crisp exterior and was served with ice cream. Our hosts were attentive, prompt warm and friendly and you can choose to sit inside or outside. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and very highly recommended.
