Chicken is always slightly dry but skewered chicken is tough to keep moist. Souvlaki Greek Skewers in Willow Glen somehow never misses it though, so I know it’s possible. The place is CLEAN!! They put two blocks of feta cheese in that sandwich and the lamb was super chewy. By far one of the worst meals I’ve had.
