My daughter loves this place! It's fun, clean, and organized, with great service. We also enjoy the pizza and wings.
This situation is completely unacceptable! This venue should be a safe place for children to play, not a place where they get sick. Chuck E. Cheese really needs to improve its hygiene practices. Families can easily spend anywhere from $30 to $100 there; it shouldn’t be too much to expect them to invest in disinfectants and periodically close the play area for a few minutes every hour to clean it thoroughly. It's unfortunate because this location targets younger children, and my grandson genuinely enjoyed his time there. However, we won't be going back.
Unfortunately, a young staff member rudely yelled at my grandsons, demanding they leave the trampoline area. It was frustrating to shell out so much money only to find out that the trampoline experience wasn't included in our package; they had removed the free indoor play and slides and replaced them with this extra charge. I had to intervene and ask the young man not to speak to my grandsons that way, as they were visibly upset, and so was I. After settling them in and helping them start to enjoy the games with their cards, they began to feel better. However, throughout the night, I continued to witness this staff member rudely rejecting children who wanted to jump on the trampolines. It was disheartening to watch, especially since other kids were having fun while mine were left out. I strongly believe that if you purchase game passes or spend a certain amount of money, children should have access to all activities. This situation was difficult to see, and I was not even informed about the trampoline when I bought our pizza and game cards—my first awareness of it came from my grandsons' disappointment when they attempted to jump. We have been loyal customers of Chuck E. Cheese for over 16 years, and I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
Had lots of fun here, not many games were out of order, and the pizza and fountain drinks were better than expected. Got some cool souvenir photos printed too. We'll definitely return to this one. Also, Chuck E. Cheese walked around lots and met with thekids. 5 year old me would have been star-struck! We all had a great time.
This Cupertino location is always a go too. Simple, not too crowded, or crazy loud. I say a good spot to host your kids party. The chuck e cheese animatronic is set with a ticket blaster right next to it. We had our little one's party here andit was great. Everything the kids play at are all visible for the most part so you can just chill and eat at yourtable. Service is plenty and workers are willing to help. Everything is all card operated. So no messy tickets to keep trackoff or tokens to lug around. Also, super clean area not just with the staff but the customers too.
