Meanwhile, they piled on the jalapeños. Please return to the original quality of service and sandwiches.

They charged me extra for cheese and... read more This was by far the worst Subway experience I’ve had in 20 years. The staff, Maria and another person, were extremely rude. They charged me extra for cheese and sauce on my online order—when does Subway charge extra for those? When I questioned it, they refused to give me my food and told me to cancel the order. On top of that, they said, "Never come back." Is this the kind of customer service one should expect in the heart of Silicon Valley? After seeing similar complaints in other reviews, it seems I'm not the first to experience this, and clearly, the owner or Subway management doesn’t seem to care.

As a regular, they always know how I like my sub and make it perfectly every time. I particularly appreciate that this location offers mozzarella cheese, which I love. They even informed me that it’s also available for their pizzas.
