This is my second visit, and once again, I was misled by their posted hours. Both times, they were already closed. Yelp indicates they close at 11 PM, but it's currently 9:30, and they are not open. They really need to update their hours.
I visited this restaurant because it was close to Juanxiang. Unfortunately, the drink I ordered was excessively sweet, even at the 25% sugar level. It felt like a waste of both money and time. Additionally, the hygiene was quite poor, with an unpleasant smell inside. I regret not reading more reviews before deciding to come here.
Ordered a coconut milk drink with sago and purple yam, but the drink came with regular milk and no sago (it was essentially a cup of sweet whole milk). The boba in my friend's brown sugar milk tea was solid in the middle and tasted old.

In just two months, they now offer hot food and locally made frozen items (dumplings, chive pancakes, etc). Along with the boba, it's a one stop shop for a quick snack, dinner, and freezer items for steamed after school snacks for the kids. And it's supporting multiple local businesses. Win- win and worth the price.
