Egghead Cafe - Cupertino

I can only say that this place is worth the trip. Don't even think about comparing it to other breakfast sandwich spots. The staff at Egghead is much friendlier and really aligns with the menu, the music playlist, and the overall vibe that keeps the good times flowing. Here’s the tip: when you see Egghead, stop and try everything on the menu. Don’t bother asking for a freshly baked in-house brioche bun, because they won’t entertain that request. If you prefer instant breakfast rolls from a plastic bag, then keep scrolling because this isn't for you. But hey, don't just take my word for it—give it a try! @loyalteasf

The Strawberry Hojicha Latte was delightful! The strawberry flavor was fresh and sweet, perfectly complementing the roasted tea notes. As for the Strawberry Matcha, being a matcha fan, I enjoyed this drink as well. To be honest, I couldn’t choose between this and the Hojicha, so I’d suggest going with whichever one you’re in the mood for. Now, the Chic sandwich was super crisp and reminded me a bit of popcorn chicken, which made it even more delicious. Paired with the slightly runny egg, it was phenomenal—10/10! On to the Ultimate Sando: I enjoyed it at first, but it felt a bit underwhelming after trying the Chic, which raised my expectations. The patty went well with the avocado and the sauce, but it wasn't as juicy as the chic. Still, I think it's a solid sandwich to try—8.5/10. I’ll definitely be back to sample more items from the menu! I'm really excited to have a delicious brunch spot like this nearby.

Friend and I really enjoyed this brunch spot. was a small square with tables outside and everything was fresh as the broth rolls. the sand I chose was the chic with the beautiful baked huh. reminds me of bobahu they receive from tapioca express. with the aoili sauce and the kale and the egg was very delicious. my friend got the B.E.C (bacon, ei, cheese) and they enjoyed every bite. forget what we have, but they were both pink and strawberry. now for the funnel I propose to get the eggy with her eating. as soon as they're done with the cookies that came with him. use the egg mix to administer their sandwiches. trust me, it goes hard

On my second visit, I had the same hojicha latte, but it was slightly different this time. The service was generally good, though sometimes there was a bit of a wait to be served. Seating and parking can be challenging due to the restaurant's small size, but I noticed some girls having a picnic on the grass nearby, which I thought was a fantastic idea for next time!

This was place was alright. The service was great, super welcoming and I love the seating outside. They also had a super cute baby yoda at the restaurant. My bf and I ordered a Chic Sandwich, Scramble Sandwich, hash browns, a iced matcha latte. Everything was just kinda eh. I wasn't super in love with anything and I was RIDICULOUSLY hungry. YOU KNOW things be tasting way better when you're that hungry. I might try again in the future but we shall see.
