It feels as though they are overly cautious with sugar, which is a crucial element of flavor. We typically don’t enjoy sweet dishes, but a hint of sugar is necessary to enhance other tastes. There was also a noticeable absence of umami. Despite the good service, we won’t be returning to this restaurant.

I highly recommend the fillet fish with cabbage (I ordered it non-spicy, but the spicy version might be even better). The cauliflower with pork belly was also excellent. Plus, the service was impeccable!
