The food at this restaurant was amazing! We ordered the chicken pad thai and shrimp pad kee mao, both of which were flavorful and came in generous portions. I can't wait to try other dishes on the menu! The only thing I didn't like was the payment process. The server brought an iPad to our table for us to pay and tip immediately, with tip percentages calculated automatically at 15, 18, and 20%. There was also an option for a custom tip amount. It felt a bit awkward and uncomfortable, to be honest. Despite this, Thai Basil was excellent and I will definitely return.
Celebrated my Mom’s birthday with a group of 9 people last night around 7:00. Service was phenomenal. I had barely sat down before our appetizers were served. Our food came out really quickly once our whole party was seated. Servers were friendly, attentive, and fast. I never had to ask for my water to be refilled. The food here is amazing every time we come.
