Disorganized is the main story here. 1st-Placed an order on the app for curbside. Go and pick it up. No one came out with my order after 15 minutes. I go In and... read more Disorganized is the main story here. 1st-Placed an order on the app for curbside. Go and pick it up. No one came out with my order after 15 minutes. I go In and ask about my order with my order number. The employee who was over the counter found out that the girl gave my order to someone else. 2nd-place another order for drive through. Tell the girl I?m picking up an online order. Go up to the window. And tells me that my full order wasn?t process and they would have to make the wake up sandwich. Was about 15 minutes late to work. 3rd-Today. Again. Placed an other just sandwiches . Go to pick it up. I see the girl give my bag to the car in front. I saw him give it back to her and he leaves while she is poking out the window with the same bag. And hands it to me. Done with this place

When... read more I had a really bizarre experience at this Dunkin yesterday. I was there to use my free drink coupon, which I had earned from purchases was excited to use. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window for my iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, the two young meninside were throwing ice at each other initially ignored me. The young man making my latte was mixing it half-heartedlyshaking my cup, while throwing ice at his co-worker onto the floor. He also came up to the drive-thru to put ice down hisco-worker 's shirt, while handling my drink avoiding eye contact with me. Not only was this inappropriate customer service definitively unsanitary, my latte turned out mediocre at best. It had no whip cream did not taste like pumpkin--or even tastegood. After I 'd sat waited awkwardly at the window for a few minutes while they deprioritized me my order, the employeehanded me the latte saying, Here. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I rarely treat myself, the unprofessionalism ofthese two employees ruined what was supposed to be a special treat. I encourage the managers owners to roll the tape around2:45 PM on 11/2/2021 to review the series of health code violations OSHA violations that I witnessed firsthand. There are manybetter Dunkin stores in our area whose staff values customer service quality more than the staff at this location does.
