Waited forever at the drive through. Five times I got my order wrong and to get it corrected, you have to get in line again because they only do drive through in the morning!!!!! Well, not only they can?t get orders right, donuts are stale, and theolder guy is RUDE too! I gave them a lot of chances. Rude attitude is for sure my pet peeve!! Just lost a customer!
Ordered on the way to the store?hoping to pick up and go. Placed the order?paid through app?and once I arrived the pickup had to occurs through drive through. So far been waiting for 10 min. Only waiting cause I don?t know how to cancel the order. Theyhave a sign on the door saying short staff, but I could give people working inside. Should trust people, but are they reallyshort staffed, or just don?t want to work hard? Besides they get the drink order wrong from time to time. Great location, justneeds new mgt.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier, a man wearing glasses, was not only rude but also displayed a racist attitude. He seemed unwilling to assist me with my questions about the types of donuts they offered. His negative demeanor made the interaction quite unpleasant. If I hadn't wanted to purchase donuts for a small ceremony with my wife and young son, I would have walked out without buying anything. Additionally, he attempted to cram four donuts into a small paper bag, despite my request for a box. I can't understand how the owner of this franchise allows employees like him to interact directly with customers. It's essential for staff to treat everyone with respect, regardless of their race, and to greet customers with a positive attitude. A simple smile can make a difference! These principles are what set the U.S. apart from many other countries, as it was built by immigrants who value respect and equality. I instill these same values in my child, teaching him to treat others kindly and fairly.
I really enjoy DD. However, this location typically has only one or two staff members, making it drive-thru only. The last time I ordered online, I arrived 12 minutes later but ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes. They really need to find a way to hire and retain more employees!
