The past two times it's been disgraceful as far as food either being undercooked (the lentils almost cracked a tooth one time) or this time they put molded, spoiled avocado in my grain bowl. If you're going to have youngteens/adults run your restaurant they should be properly trained on food safety. I'm very very disappointed I had high hopesfor this place.

You go to Cava to experience authentic Mediterranean food, but I personally thought that you have very similar food at Chipotle, with only a small twist and a fractionof cost. Don't know my expectations are high but after eating at Aviva by Kameel or Jerusalem bakery kind of places I will ratethis place not that great.

The order-taking service was fine at first, but the person assembling my meal had a friend approach from behind while she was preparing it. I requested no olives, which she acknowledged, but then added them anyway. She quickly tried to fix the mistake by picking them off by hand, but in my opinion, the dish should have been remade. Our bill was $26.15 for two people—one bowl, one pita, and two drinks—which seemed overpriced. There were only two couples in the restaurant, yet nearly every table and the floors were dirty. I wish them well, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It’s disappointing to see a lack of cleaning when it’s clearly needed.

I chose arugu... read more This was my first time visiting CAVA, and as a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, I was eager to try it. We both opted for bowls instead of pita wraps. I chose arugula and yellow rice as my base, with spicy chicken and lamb meatballs for protein. The wide variety of toppings and sauces made the bowl incredibly flavorful. I would definitely recommend CAVA if you’re shopping at The Collection and looking for a tasty, healthier meal option.

My only issue is that a large drink costs $3, but it’s actually smaller than a medium at other places. Despite that, I will definitely be returning.
