Whole Glow Cafe - Cumberland

Love this spot! All of the menu items are curated with such love and attention to flavour, the melody of freshness is always rewarding. Great take-out containers, perfect for picking up and heading to the lake for a healthy lunch. Yummy coffees and smoothies if you're looking for something lighter. Food that makes you feel supported and loved ! <3

What a great little cafe. I went in initially because of a bright beautiful smile from the woman preparing to open. I was having a bad day and choosing to visit Whole Glow made it better. The staff were so friendly and kind. I had a wonderful smoothie that I look forward to having again. I got a couple of their gluten free squares for a friend and she is still raving about them. I will drive from Campbell River to visit this spot.

We went to great lengths to enjoy the delicious sandwiches at this restaurant, including climbing a mountain to get there! The service is unparalleled, allowing us to dine outside with our dogs on their dog-friendly patio. Not only is the food incredible, but being plant-based, we were able to feed our dogs as well. We will make a point to return to this restaurant as often as possible. A top recommendation is to try the peanut butter square.

Delicious! Great service too I love the family vibe I get from here! Photo is the power bowl with tofu which as a non vegan I loved.

Best vegan food in the Valley, hands down! Whole Glow offers a wide variety of delicious scratch made vegan and gluten free meals, as well as the the yummiest (and addictive) sweet treats! Whether you're a vegan or not, I highly recommend dining at Whole Glow Cafe the next time you're in Cumberland.
