Lines for drive thru are always outrageously long and take ages to get through. Wait way too long for mediocre coffee. They’re always sold out of stuff too and are never in rush to restock. Would much rather go to the one on Diamond Hill, they still mess up sometimes but have much quicker and more reliable service and have stuff in stock. View all feedback.
Wednesday march 20 at about 4:45. The girl working the window at this Dunkin was blatantly discriminating a girl I babysit because she was of Indian background. Saying what’s that on her forehead and also telling her to take her hood off. I’m disgusted by this ladies actions

I used to work at this dunkin. The manager fired me for customer complains and never talked to me about customer complaints. And lots of drama. Only problem I have is the manager.
15 minutes in the drive through for a bagel with cream cheese when there is only 2 cars is a bit ridiculous. Especially, after not toasting the bagel and putting now cream cheese on it and not including any in the bag. Mind you I could see the bag at the window while they just sat there and talked for 5 minutes and then decided oh I guess it’s time to “do my job”.
They have redone the store and is very pleasant inside with charging stations at the
