Contribute FeedbackFor a quick and convenient lunch, you can't go wrong with the chicken teriyaki from Subway.
I prefer to start my sandwich with tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, and onions, followed by a small amount of lettuce. Many Americans begin with lettuce, which often takes up about 90% of the sandwich, leaving little room for other toppings. I believe my approach—filling the sandwich with more flavorful ingredients instead of relying heavily on lettuce—is the better way to enjoy Subway's offerings. Overall, Subway is the best option for healthy sandwiches, along with TOGO's, and their prices are reasonable. Occasionally, I do indulge in their chicken teriyaki, but I find that compared to other fast food options in the U.S., Subway remains a healthier choice.
