Olive Garden Italian - Culver City

I can say it 's the best Italian restaurant in Los Angeles. The service is more than excellent, and the food options and dishes are diverse and delicious.

Food and service was great. Our group was served promptly. I had the shrimp scampi.

Came there to meet for lunch with a friend at the bar. My friend was already there when I arrived. The bartender did not acknowledge me at all not even eye in contact my friend had to say something in order for him to get my order. He barely said anything to me. He kept talking to my friend and not seeing if I was ok. Little does he know that I’ve ran several restaurants and no very well about customer service and hospitality. Also, there was a weird smell in the restaurant. My friend said he was there a couple days ago and the same smell was in there, but not as pungent yesterday he was willing to give the restaurant another chance so he came back and asked me to be him there. The food was just OK and the drinks were mediocre, honestly, I would not come back there

There was no wait and plenty of tables when we arrived during lunch time. table service was excellent ?

Great experience and excellent Customer service. The Chicken Alfredo and unlimited Salad was delicious.
