A Hidden Gem... It’s such a joy to enter a bar that isn’t filled with fake plants and flashy lighting like so many trendy spots. From the moment you step inside, you feel right at home. Both the staff and the patrons are truly friendly. The beer is great, and if you’re a fan of tropical fish, the tanks are beautifully kept. If I lived nearby, this would definitely be my go-to pub. What Zula Shields doesn't like about Cinema:
This is a great bar but I was there the other night with some friends and some cracked out bartender named Omar became very agitated with us for no reason whatsoever. He appeared to be on meth and very unhinged. Get rid of this clown before he gets rid of your customers. View all feedback.
For what it is, it 's magic. In a Los Angeles full of places that are so hip I feel like I 'm being granted a favor when someone completes my drink order, this place is a throw back to the good 'ol days. A good, solid dive-bar with no attitudes or pretense. Prices are reasonable. I hope this place never goes away.
Tiny dive bar with lots of character and friendly staff. Shout out to Omar for the good music and dancing.
Good local bar! And good live music with no cover charge!
Good place to have a drink on a Tuesday night. Great Jukebox.
This place is amazing! Stop by for a beer or wine in a friendly atmosphere. One of the oldest bars in LA
