What Stanley McNeal doesn't like about Burger Lounge:
Ordered the BL Ancient Grain Burger, Plant-based Flora Lounge Burger, and half Onion Rings-Half fries. The onion rings were crispy and fries were okay. ???? The burger was disappointingly cold! ???? ???? I have two stars because I appreciate the plant-based options but they should take more time to ensure that the burgers are nice and warm! Delicious Vegan Options including Vegan Burgers, Vegan Shakes and Vegan Floats. The Half Fries/Half Onion Ring Combo is Great too. It's a Calm, Laid Back Comfortable Atmosphere. Friendly Helpful Staff. Very clean and sanitary Dining Area and Restrooms. Both Indoor Outdoor Dining Available. Located in Downtown Culver City Post Office Area. Near Chase Bank, Kirk Douglas Theater Sony Studios. Yummy????

I went to Burger Lounge this week and was so dissappointed with the owner. After ordering lunch for my wife and i, I have attempted to pay $30 with my card but their card slot did not work. Decline is the message we got. We tried a diff card and same thing. Owner came and tried his own card but also was declined. I was told the are restarted their system as it is still new. After about 30 to 45 min. Their system did not work and customers ended leaving upset. My food wasready and the least the owner could of compd the food i ordered for me being loyal and waited so their system could work again. i did not have any cash on me and my 1 year old who was with me with cranky. I ended up leaving Burger loungewithout the food i ordered after 45 min because the owner refused to comp. That is MARKETING. Its not my fault that your system did not work. I've been here a few years ago and want impressed but recently their burgers seem tastier and their customer service is excellent. I feel bad because I planned an order thru a mobile app but cancelled it accidently. I went down to the lounge to see if I correct it but they had already disposed of that order. Despite this the staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. They took my order and the wait began. The staff checked up on me often and offered me some waterduring my wait. The burgers came quickly as did my shakes. The extra shake was even placed in a little cup for me to take home when out didn't all fit in the regular cup. The burgers were juicy and had a nice crisp crust on the edges thatI love! Out was filling and totally opposite of my experience from a few years ago. I would definitely recommend this place for a juicy burger with friendly and attentive staff!
