Description
While this restaurant has loyal fans praising its satisfying salads and previously friendly service, recent experiences reveal growing concerns. Customers report inconsistent food quality, including small portions and missing ingredients, especially with promotional deals. Several have noted poor staff attitudes, with some interactions feeling dismissive or unpleasant. Additionally, controversial policies—such as banning service dogs—have alienated patrons and raised legal questions. Incidents of unprofessional behavior have further damaged its reputation. Overall, despite its potential and loyal base, the establishment currently struggles with service, food consistency, and customer relations, urging prospective diners to consider recent reviews before visiting.

I've generally had positive experiences with both the service and food at this restaurant, but this was my first time ordering online. Unfortunately, I mistakenly canceled my initial order, which was entirely my fault. When I reordered, that process went smoothly. However, when my food arrived, I was incredibly disappointed. The bread appeared damaged, and there was hardly any meat in my dish. I also didn't receive my extra olives or Parmesan cheese, and the roasted garlic aioli sauce was completely missing. I understand it was a buy-one-get-one deal, but if the quality of the food suffers that much because of a coupon, why offer it at all? I'm really let down by this experience. Now I'm debating whether to eat this unappetizing meal or just give it to my dogs and enjoy some leftover pizza instead.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I noticed someone who seemed to be the owner, but since she was a woman, I assumed she was his wife. She was yelling at a delivery driver for no apparent reason. I will not be returning to this location.
I really wished I didn’t have to give this place a one-star rating. I encountered the rudest person I’ve met in a long time, who I later found out is the owner’s wife. I work for DoorDash, and my customers pay for their orders in advance. I was waiting in line while she was helping two other customers. When it was finally my turn, I let her know I was there to pick up an order for Jane Doe (not the real name). She bluntly told me she couldn’t assist me because she had “real customers” to attend to. I tried to explain that my customer was a real customer too, but she began yelling and continued to shout while serving the people behind me in line. She insisted that she needed to help them first. I reached out to my support team, and they attempted to call her, but she wouldn’t pick up the phone. They could hear her shouting and asked if I felt threatened, which I did a little. If they choose to accept DoorDash orders, they should be prepared to fulfill them; if they don’t want to, they shouldn’t have signed up for it in the first place.
I'd like to share my thoughts about this restaurant. I used to be a big fan and often stopped by for lunch because the staff was always very friendly. However, since they've introduced a "no service dogs allowed" policy, I won't be returning. This policy is illegal and significantly affects my health and well-being.
