I'd like to share my thoughts about this restaurant. I used to be a big fan and often stopped by for lunch because the staff was always very friendly. However, since they've introduced a "no service dogs allowed" policy, I won't be returning. This policy is illegal and significantly affects my health and well-being.
It was only mediocre. I ordered a sub for my son, and he said it tasted terrible. The restaurant doesn't seem to be well-managed. I strongly advise checking for cleanliness and any possible health code violations based on what I noticed. Additionally, the service was extremely slow.
How can I convey my disappointment? I bought four $10 gift cards for my coworkers as Christmas gifts, but none of them had any funds on them. My debit card was charged three times over a month, and even after speaking with management several times, the issue is still not resolved.
Lady with pink hair made me and my boyfriend the best sandwiches we?ve ever had, exceptional customer service as well
I really wished I didn’t have to give this place a one-star rating. I encountered the rudest person I’ve met in a long time, who I later found out is the owner’s wife. I work for DoorDash, and my customers pay for their orders in advance. I was waiting in line while she was helping two other customers. When it was finally my turn, I let her know I was there to pick up an order for Jane Doe (not the real name). She bluntly told me she couldn’t assist me because she had “real customers” to attend to. I tried to explain that my customer was a real customer too, but she began yelling and continued to shout while serving the people behind me in line. She insisted that she needed to help them first. I reached out to my support team, and they attempted to call her, but she wouldn’t pick up the phone. They could hear her shouting and asked if I felt threatened, which I did a little. If they choose to accept DoorDash orders, they should be prepared to fulfill them; if they don’t want to, they shouldn’t have signed up for it in the first place.
