Literally just waited in drive-thru for 30min, monents prior to writing this...to wait for lamp-warmed, not fresh food?? No thanks!! Drove across the street to BK. And were followed by two other vehicles who got out of line. This place has gone so far downhill since that new manager came in last year. Pretty sad! They should close this place down in exchange for a fast food restaurant!! View all feedback.

Totally impersonal. No customer service to speak of. I came here due to my granddaughter pleading to go to McD's. She only wanted the toy in her Happy Meal.
It's a McDonald's. Disappointed how they are knickle and diming everything now, but I can't say I am surprised.
They do pretty good at this location. I will go out of my to avoid the one in North Cullman and come to this one. Would reccomend.
