Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Food was average. Room temp not really hot. In their defense the place was packed. And they were short staffed we were told. The biggest issue with food I haf in my mashed potatoes was a very large chunk of soggy onion. I like onion but not this way. Our server was awesome and that helped us overlook things. I am willing to give another chance.

Food use to be a lot better.I called my order in they said 15 minutes ,and I waited 30 minutes ,lady came out and said my ticket had gotten off sum how,and I still waited another 15 minutes. Sad

The waitress in Cullman 12/21/23 at lunch was the best. I can’t remember her name but she was very young and very efficient as busy as she was!!

The food has been cold the last few times I have been to crackerbarrel. The hashbrowns are absolutely awful because they are cold who likes cold greasy potatoes I like my food a least warmer than the room. I use to love to go to Crackerbarrel. It is so disappointing now the cost is outrageous. You have to take more food than you want because that is the way it is on the menu. I use to could order the amount I could eat instead of 3 pancakes I could order 1 because that is what I wanted. . If you are loosing customers it's because your quality is low, and prices high. I would rather eat at waffle house now the food is hot the prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get and you can change the amount of food. And they HAVE SENIOR DISCOUNTS LIKE MOST EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT change your menu to please the people especially people like me that are on a set income and Don't want to pay for more than they want. The servers are great I feel sorry for them because I'm sure they get the flac. (I don't know why the food is cold but you need to find out)!!!!
