Kfc
Description
This restaurant offers friendly and attentive staff who strive to provide a positive dining experience, with many customers enjoying hot, tasty food and good service. However, there are recurring issues including long wait times, order inaccuracies, missing items, and inconsistent food quality—particularly dry or poorly prepared chicken. Some patrons report frustrations with portion sizes and value for money, and occasional rude encounters with management. While many appreciate the convenience and customer-oriented approach at certain locations, others suggest nearby alternatives for better service and food consistency. Overall, the experience varies significantly depending on timing and location.

The general manager and staff are rude, the food is terrible, and the chicken is dry. Additionally, the prices are too high for the portion sizes. I recommend going to the KFC on 157 instead, where the service is much better—that's where I choose to spend my money.
The food was cold, and the chicken livers were drenched in grease. I do not recommend eating there.
I visited the restaurant at 2:40 this afternoon and ordered the 12-piece hot wings, but unfortunately, they were the worst I've ever tasted. They were tough and seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. If I owned that restaurant, I would be ashamed to serve such food to my customers. I may need to look for a different spot for hot wings from now on.
I was really disappointed! Although the food was okay, the service could have been much better. I realize that everyone can have an off day, but the woman who took my order confused my co-worker's meal and didn't seem to pay much attention to what I was saying.
