Jack's - Cullman

Terrible experience. Came through the drive thru with my 2 year old at 12:40. We get to the window and am not greeted with a happy ? Hi how or you? just a sour face, almost like they?re ready to just get me out of the way. A taller dark haired man(assuming he?s a manager) brings my food over and slings it out the window for me to grab. Once I have my food in hand there?sno ?have a nice day? or any kind of friendly conversation. I proceed to say thank you have a nice day, but before the words caneven leave my mouth, the window is slammed shut in my face. I?ve been coming to this Jacks now for many years and have neverever had this kind of treatment.

Food is usually good, have had a few bad but for the most part it's good as far as fast food burgers go.

Nice new building, but that's it. Service was terrible. 2 hamburgers took 30 minutes to get them. During 2 employees on the phone SMS. You want to hurry back to this Jack?

Honestly i would avoid this place due to the simple fact that they could not get a single item order correct i had ordered a grilled chicken salad extra everything (cheese bacon chicken everything) costed me 19$ which i was fine with got home and it was just a basic salad no extra cheese no extra bacon no extra chicken nothing so if i was everyone i would go somewhere that wont rob you of money or food

I just moved down to Cullman Alabama from up north. Every one told me Jack's was great for breakfast. I tried it out and this will be the last time. The food was good, but I got the rudest service I have ever seen in food service. I went thru the drive through and got down the road to find half my order was missing. I turned around and went inside to get the the rest. When I mentioned that I had come thru the drive through and my order was missing, the cashier bagged the missing items and tossed them onto the counter and just glared at me. Even other customers noticed and shook their heads. edit After writing my review I cheked the order, and I can't believe it but it was wrong again?. They put the wrong food in the bag. I went back inside and told them this is the 3rd time, can I please get the correct food. How can operate this way?
