**Dunkin' Express Experience: A Mixed Brew** Nestled along I-65 between Nashville and Mobile, this Dunkin' Express location caters primarily to coffee and donut lovers. While it excels in cleanliness and offers a warm atmosphere, the mixed reviews highlight a disparity in service, with some patrons experiencing impolite staff interactions. Enthusiasts appreciate the customizable coffee options and efficient takeout service, while others find the coffee selection underwhelming compared to competitors. Despite some criticisms regarding staff motivation and coffee quality, the reasonable pricing and delightful donuts make it a decent stop for travelers seeking a quick caffeine fix or a sweet treat.

It was decent. The breakfast sandwiches were a bit dry, but overall, it wasn't bad considering the location.

I don't have any comments about the restaurant itself since I'm not familiar with it. However, I stop by this location frequently when I'm passing through Alabama, especially from Birmingham, as it's easier to get in and out than at the Pilot in Birmingham, which is why I visit this place often. When it comes to coffee, my only complaint about this Pilot location is that they don't offer the "jet to cup" option, where the coffee is freshly ground and brewed directly into your cup—a feature that I absolutely love at certain other Pilots. The beans-to-cup coffee is excellent, and I often take note of which Pilot locations offer it. Although I enjoy Dunkin', this Pilot shop is my second choice.

Pretty clean in the beginning. Dunkin has gone down hill very quickly. I waited 5 to 7 mins kinda confused on where to order or if I could inside no one said hello mam no one even acknowledge me until a customer came in and told me I could order on the screen then an employee rudlu walks over like I'm. Bothering her . Went 1 time won't be back for a while maybe turnover will change it. My coffee i used to get in ny was nothing like it they where out of whip main reason I went i love that stuff. Maybe a 1x time bad experience and other may have better. But il pass this one over
