What Leslie Leslie doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
This Chick-fil-A constantly misses the mark in service and food. They messed up my order and with no sense of urgency they finally brought me the remake 12 minutes later which inconvenienced me during my limited lunch break. Today was 1st day in the newly renovated Chick-fil-A. It's beautiful and has a kid play area indoors. The food was delicious! They even offer a Gluten Free Bun alternative for those who have Gluten Allergies. I chose that option for my Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Bacon, Colby Jack Cheese and Lettuce. I said No on the Tomato since I have allergies. Sorry, no pics. I was starving by the time i was able to get there for lunch so I ate it without taking my normal pics first.. The older gentleman that was working the dining room was very nice to people going around emptying trays for them or filling their drinks for them. It was nice that he asked filled my drink.
I have only had 1-2 times where my order was messed up, but they fixed it right away. All the employees there are pretty amazing and are willing to help anytime. Food almost always tastes great.
Always very crowded and drive through line and wait very long. Staff is extremely nice.
