Instead of solving the problem, what they have done is justify themselves by saying that the dish had not been ordered or that perhaps they were confused, but yes!! at the time of paying if they wanted to charge me, as if it had been ordered, instead of telling me no, that dish has not been ordered. In short, to come and have a few beers, chat, order the odd sandwich, that 's fine, but for dinner what a treat!! The food is not bad, but... the wait and the service are terrible.
