Se caracteriza por platillos de gran tamaño, como las tostadas, sopes y tacos, por ello es importante ir con mucho apetito o compartir los platillos.El plato de cecina y el de tripas son excelentes, la tostada de pata tiene mención honorífica y también puedes encontrar pambazos. La atención la brinda la familia que creó el lugar y es muy buena.Tiene horarios especiales, yo normalmente voy a desayunar, pero a veces lo he encontrado cerrado, por lo cual te recomiendo ir temprano los domingos y en algunos ocasiones abren todo el día.Ojo: existe otro Samborcito junto a Plaza los Arcos, es de uno de los hermanos y también es bueno, la diferencia es los nombres es que el original se escribe con "s" Samborsito y es el que está en la ubicación de esta ficha.

No esperes un lugar lujoso, estas visitando un típico lugar mexicano.Considero que los precios son caros por tratarse de comida mexicana, (puede ser el precio caro por las porciones de la comida), no tiene estacionamiento y mucho cuidado con las salsas, ya que son picantes.Este lugar es ideal visitarlo por las noches.

Please bear in mind this is a backstreet, very traditional eatery, nothing elegant or fancy, but just about as authentic as it gets in Cuernavaca. People come from far and wide to sample the fare, but you won 't find it in any guide book, and you 'll need a good map or a taxi to find it! As I said, here it 's all about the tostadas. To order, go to the bar and choose from the many toppings they have arranged, the menu will change according to what they have prepared, but alongside the regular chicken/mushroom/ beef/pork/nopales selections you 'll find more exotic options such as trotter (pata) and brain (sesos). You can ask for a combinado too with two different toppings. I personally like the pata, and the tinga is good too (spicy shredded chicken) but be prepared, most options will have plenty of chilli in them. They serve beer and soft drinks and horchata. This is a brilliant option for those on a budget and more adventurous types looking for a real authentic eating experience.
