Es3 Bistrot - Cuernavaca

Algunos amigos nos invitaron a almorzar aquí en Es3 Bistrot. ¡Pasamos tantas veces antes y no teníamos idea de que había un restaurante escondido en esta calle! ¡Lo que es especialmente maravilloso es la presentación de la comida! ¡Pedimos una ensalada y el plato era tan bonito de ver! ¡Un nido hecho de algunas semillas brotadas pequeñas, dos "huevos" hechos de queso de cabra con un cisne tallado en una manzana! Bueno, puedes imaginar que lleva tiempo crear estos adorables ítems, así que uno espera que no lleguen demasiados otros clientes mientras estás allí, ya que el almuerzo es un plato largo... ¡También tuvimos una maravillosa pasta que se presentaba en un fino y crujiente queso Parmesano! ¡No sé cómo el chef logra hacer todo lo que hace solo!

Some friends invited us to eat here in Es3 Bistrot. We were so often over and had no idea that a hidden jewel of a restaurant was hidden in this street! What is particularly wonderful is the presentation of the food...! We ordered a salad and the dish was so nice to see! A nest of tiny spits, two eggs from goat cheese with an apple-carved swan! Well, you can imagine it takes time to create these beautiful items, so you do not hope to come too many other customers while you are there, as lunch is a long product.... We also had a wonderful pasta presented in a thin, crisp, parmesan cheese! I don't know how the cook manages to do everything he does!

We passed over this little jewel when another restaurant we wanted to try was closed for the night. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly and helpful (we needed help to decrypt the menu) and the prices were...so reasonable. The food was crazy, too. Everything tasted very fresh and it was obviously a lot of effort went into preparation. We will meet this place again when we return. We enjoyed a nice meal (Salad, 2 pasta dishes with chicken and seafood, 2 beers and Sangria) for under $30 dollars. Very recommended!

Leeeeento, pero muy rico, la gente tiene buena actitud y la comida es muy buena. Los platos son originales y hechos al momento, si no tienes prisa vale la pena pararse por allí.
