had the privilege to eat at raices a few days ago with the family of my mannes. eating was amazing with a beautiful presentation. anyone who visits or lives in cuenca should make it a point to dinate there. the chef and his wife are very hospitable. we had a great experience from farm to table and will definitely plan to eat there on our next visit in cuenca!
