What Kim C Romero dislikes about Kfc:
Customer Service is one of the most important aspect in any business. But it seems like customer service is not practiced in KFC.. Slow service, it's like they even get angry if a customer asked for something. They even don't smile. They raise their voices to customers like they are the owner.. So dissapointed.. We just asked for big parts and it's like it's a big deal for them.. We paid right but what we got is too... View all feedback.

Customer Service is one of the most important aspect in any business. But it seems like customer service is not practiced in KFC.. Slow service, it's like they even get angry if a customer asked for something. They even don't smile. They raise their voices to customers like they are the owner.. So dissapointed.. We just asked for big parts and it's like it's a big deal for them.. We paid right but what we got is too small Portion.. and explained angrily that they gave big parts to other plates already so the rest should be small which is unreasonable for we paid the same for everyplate.. and they cannot change it for the reason that they gave big portion to other plate.. which was just the same price as the plate that has big portion... So arrogant people.. #EcuadorKFC
