The Menu is navigable with a good listing of dishes, many looks quiet creative. The Drinks list is decent and reasonably priced. The wine list is limited to featured Ecuadorian wine: Dos Hemisferios, which (having had it occasionally) is actually quite good. The food is satisfactory, BUT IT COULD HAVE BETTER. The rices are Salty, TOO MUCH SOY SAUCE, very likely the high-salt low quality brand. — Why not try the lighter varieties? Arroz con Mariscos::: aside from the SALTY RICE, the octopus and shrimps are flavorful THEN AGAIN THE OCTOPUS IS CHEWY, which means it’s on the edge of being overcooked. Panceta Oreo Verde::: This looks like the signature dish. The pork belly is indeed very tender and well balanced seasoned. BUT IT FALLS SHORT of exciting the palate. — the microgreens garnish does not add anything — why not add veggies?? — THE WORST IS AGAIN, THE SALTY RICE thank goodness it is served separately so it can be pushed away. The service is poor. Staff disappears after the food is served.
