Juan is one of the most attentive servers ever. He took SUCH good care of my 82 year young dad by making us dirty martinis by our own suggestion at the table. And he’s not even a bartender. Not to mention his service over all! I highly suggest he moves up to management. Made this trip memorable I’m from Los Angeles, I really appreciate his service. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Hell's Grill:
From the beginning the attention was bad. we was espected more about this place for the view and I hear that the food is so good but from the atencion I don't think so and also we ask for the menu and they says that we have to add wpp number when I was spected to get the QR Code.. It's more fast and more convenient but I hope you guys be better for next time... View all feedback.

The view and food were amazing. This place has lots of seating and psrking is available. You get a nice dinner with a beautiful view of the whole city of Cuenca.

It was a delicious dinner we had with our friends, and they help us with snacks before the main dishes because the kids were very hungry. Just at the end, we didn't find our waiter and we had to spend a lot of time waiting for the bill
Five stars partially because....of the epic view. Even on a rainy day it was impressive to roll through the clouds and storms. Absolutely incredible views. Parking is hard, but it's worth it. And you have to go up many stairs to get it, but again, it's worth it! The food was okay, could be more fascinating and interesting, but I ended it. I also remember it a bit on the expensive side... probably because of the view. I would go again and spend time feeling like a bird... eating a sandwich and drinking a beer!
