Great place for a truly Ecuadorian culinary experience! Been twice and tried their Locro (for die) as well as Cuy and Seco (both really good). I especially recommend her fig dessert! View all feedback.

I 'm very surprised by the high rating of this restaurant. I would recommend going here only if you 're interested in eating cuy (guinea pig). We 've had much better and cheaper local food at other places. It is well-known for its hour long roasted cuy. The cuy wasn 't very flavorful except for the skin. This place is well known for the cuy. Im not a big cuy fan myself but the way they make it here is exceptional. I highly recommend you try this typical Ecuadorian dish. Good food, good service. This was our second visit to Guajibamba. The first time the cuy was way better, the skin was so crispy and tasty, the second visit was not as good. Still we'll go again.

Excellent dishes and service, I think it is one of the best places that has basin for our typical food, and especially for the delicious cuy
It's a great place. However, they do not inform you that you must book your dish previously. If you think of going it's good to call and book a dish and a table.

One of the most welcoming places to taste a delicious cuy. The precise roasting point, excellent taste, accompanied by the chips and mote. Ahhh and tasting the jars with horchata water and picket. Great place, the owner and his team very helpful and patient.

Most of the rest of the food we ordered, including the assorted empanadas, was mediocre and only warm not hot. On the other hand, the potatoes with a sauce were very good. On a positive note, the service was very good. Our waitress was very attentive and cheerful. Note: if you are interested in eating cuy, then you need to make reservations. Credit cards are accepted.

If you want to taste a fresh, homemade guinea pig, that is the right place. A, roasted cheese with brewed potatoes, hard boiled eggs, white corn and vegetable salad for $25
Best traditional Ecuadorian food. Guinea pigs are crunchy, canelazo test good.
The restaurant is really beautiful and the food was also very delicious. They are famous for the cuy guinea pigs), we didn't take it though. The fish and a plate of vegetables were really good. I find the restaurant a bit expensive though.
