I also purchased some delectable tofu to take with me. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend trying. $3 almuerzo comes with soup, large dish of rice, 4 vegetarian options, and a drink. Vegetables are not cooked. Love the (unsweet) soy milk, spinach quiche, cabbage salad and vegetable balls. Many indoors, but also some outdoors in the beautiful garden. I wish I could go every day!!

My wife and I eat here at least twice a week, and with the ever evolving menu of the day, we learn something amazing from their food culture that blows our mind every time we arrive. I give thanks for restaurants like this. They treat us like family, and they don't charge us an Arm and. Leg to nourish our bodies. An entire fabulous meal w dessert and Juice, for under $5 is very economical!!! Wow. Thank you Good Affinity. You make living in Cuenca a dream come true.
