The food is so fresh, the waitress literally... read more We have gone twice in the last three days during our ten-day stay in Cuenca, we want to try everything on the menu. The food is so fresh, the waitress literally went to the garden in the seating area to get ingredients for our meal. Here are the not missing items we have tried so far: falafel, shawarma, alitas, and the Brownie. The waitress (and owner) was so passionate about vegan food and kind, it really made such a pleasant experience. Very recommended!
