Slow service to be expected in Ecuador, but this was beyond slow after almost an hour wait when the food finally came they didn’t bring out soy sauce, but even more importantly, they didn’t have soy sauce on site. They had to go out and buy it and bring it back. They have specially beer as one of their offerings, but they don’t carry it. They had to go out and buy it from another location. The waitress was as attentive as one could expect given the restaurant she was working for. She did a great job in spite the ineptitude of the kitchen I place all the blame on the kitchen and their inability to prepare the food quickly and get it out and when they did and The food was mediocre at best. I certainly will never go back. If you’re not in a hurry and have plenty of time on your hands to kill and you don’t particularly care about good food this is the place for you. Go to restaurant for two things good service and good food. Neither of those will be found here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–25

We have visited many places of Suhis in the city of Cuenca, many very striking and elegant places, and we had not been able to find one that satisfied our tastes since it made this small space we found in Ebi Sushi For the Chef de EBI SUSHI a cordial greeting and I congratulate you for such delicious snacks... I took your business card for home orders because, that's correct, they also deliver to addresses... My wife and I love the Suhis: FAVORITO and BONSAI, with those who will not repent. 5 out of 5 Best!
