My favorite place to eat in Cuenca. Delicious vegan dishes and large portions. I couldn't finish my meal 2 of the 3 times I visited. I recommend the Andina bowl with Quinoa. Smooths are also solid.
To really experience the genie of paúl and his team, we recommend you try the tasting menu we have eaten. eating on the local kitchen not only tastes good, it looks like a Michelin star restaurant.
Eating is delicious and very well presented. we had the taste menu, which is 5 desperate dishes and dessert. all offered courses were great, by far and away the best vegan food I have eaten so far in cuenca. the price is not super cheap, but for the quality of food completely in order. the location is also very modern and comfortable.
The food was annoying! I ordered the lunch tasting and it was really delicious: an appetizer, a pornstar, a dessert and a drink, all that worth a decent. Definitiw come back to try more delicious dish-based dishes! great service also, and conveniently located
