Contribute FeedbackLocated in Cudahy, this restaurant presents a mixed bag of experiences. Visitors have faced frustrating service issues, such as confusing wait protocols and slow order fulfillment, with some reporting forgotten items. The ambience has been described as dark and cluttered, resembling a poorly organized swap meet. However, there are shining stars among the staff; patrons have singled out employees like Jose and Monse for their exceptional service, highlighting their friendliness and professionalism. While the location shows promise with its mobile ordering and ample parking, operational inconsistencies overshadow the positive aspects, leaving a disappointing impression on many.
I always call because I never know if they're open, they always close earlier than what is displayed on the website, usually and hour or 2 before closing with no sign on the door, which is frustrating cause I'm always craving a smoothie after my workout. They never answer the phones either So I have to resort to going to a Jamba Juice that's a lot further away
Rude employeee she hung on me when I was asking her questions she was very unprofessional and would not give me her name.
I love coming here. I come when jose is working because he is one of the best smoothie makers in there, hes nice and has great customer service. He needs a raise !
Tried calling 3 times to make an order no answer. I mean at the end of the day, they are the once losing.
The most depressing place in Cudahy! Employees just stand there and stare at blenders. Lobby is crowded with patio furniture. It is dark and depressing. Hand-written signs all over the place. It was giving swapmeet vibes. Waited for a while to order because the employees had turned off mobile ordering (the only one not accepting mobile orders in the area). I gave up and left.
