After we were disproved in two other restaurants in cucuron rudely because we had no reservation, le parrot was wonderful! the owner/cook/waiter/busboy not only... read more After we were disproved in two other restaurants in cucuron rudely because we had no reservation, le parrot was wonderful! the owner/cook/waiter/busboy not only greeted us, but wore a table and four chairs outside for us! the best meal we had in the Provence. we went back the next night and it was fantastic again!

He's charming and funny. that was delicious. auberginen parmesan, pasta with muscheln, cannelloni. all. and I think the best salate I ever had. the second time we went the items on the limited menu were not available, so he made two different pastas for us. these were good, but not as excellent as the menu points. this was also one of the best bargains in the Provence, where we found eating expensive and somewhat unimaginable.
