I chose an enchilada dish that said the menu was only cheese, and to be absolutely certain that there was no meat in it, I also made a point to ask the waiter whether there is definitely no chicken or ham in, he assured me that there is not. So my enchiladas came and sure enough that I look inside to find no cheese, but the loads of the chicken! I called the waiter, returned the court to the kitchen, told him that I don't want a replacement and that I wouldn't pay for the court. Although I told him these 5 minutes. later the dish is returned to me, again I open the Enchiladas to find that this kitchen has done a bad job to scratch the chicken out and lumps of cheese in instead, so now I have cheese and remains of chicken bits enchiladas, so again I showed the waiter the problem and returned the dish to the kitchen. This restaurant is really bad, and not just the food, I had a glass on the table that was chipped where you would actually drink, and things that came to the table, like the tortilla holder was dirty and looked like they had never been washed. I guess these restaurants are part of a chain/fraternity, but there seems to be no one monitoring consistency. If we had gone into this Potzollcalli first, we would never have entered the one on 5 de Mayo. Nothing was the standard of the 5 de Mayo restaurant, not food, staff or cleanliness. My partner had a mixed meat dish and it was unusable, completely overcooked with some items and sausages uncooked in the middle. There is really no excuse for this, because when we were there, there were many employees who only sneak around and do nothing, someone really needs to sort out this industry, as unfortunately it reflects on the other restaurants.
