Our waiter was attentiv... read more We stumbled upon this place on our first night in Mexico City. The ambiance was beautiful with windows opening up onto the quiet street. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. I got the tortilla soup, which was pretty good, and the pork shank (can't remember...the actual name of the dish) which was incredibly tender and delicious. My boyfriend got an assortment of tacos and the beef tongue, all of which he loved! The wine was good but a little pricey. The portions were also quite modest which was fine with us but is something to note if you are very hungry. Overall this was a nice experience!

I had the sopas poblano that was amazing. if you want to be molecular in the morning. make sure to sit on the left side from the window. so they can observe the cook at work. my children loved this and the musicians who would come and play. great coffee and great food. also try the limonada or jugo de verde.

The food came quickly and our waiter, Ismail, was very courteous. He helped us with our Spanish and we helped him with English....Clean comfortable and moderate prices.
