As we only speak minimal Spanish we had a brilliant waiter who guided us through the menu, made suggestions, and also offered vegetarian alternatives for my girlfriend (enchiladas stuffed with plantain for example)I had the mole which was delicious even if it is a bit of an acquired taste!Also really good value for money.
