The food was very good, but the meal was ruined because we got scammed. They added a 16% IVA charge to the bill, which I hadn’t seen before anywhere else we had dined in CDMX. When I asked about it, the waiter said it was tax. And then we added our tip on top of that (which actually included the IVA in the tip calculation, which is total b.s. It wasn’t bad but I don’t think the price they charge reflects the quality of foods and drinks they serve. Definitely over priced.

This is a great spot for gourmet tacos, they have a great service and kitchen. The ambiance on the place is very inviting, you definitely wanna have drinks with your buddies here.
The Parnita Restaurante in La Roma was a big discovery, let me give you some details: The food: tacos are incredible, I strongly recommed to taste the Carmelita Taco, delicious! , the menu has a variety of dishes, traditional mexican recipes from all the country but what I really enjoy is the atmosphere, is a mix of hipster but trendy, relax and confortable, and if you drink a Mezcal its even better; unfourtanetly it´s always crowded, last time I arrived on friday around 2:30 and they assigned my seat around 5pm, for that hour I had been drinking 5 beers and many other clients aborted the mission. The prices are a little bit higher than other tacos rest but the experience worth it.
