That must have been one of the worst restaurants I visited on my 4 weeks stay in Mexico City. it would have known as the terrace too many tourist. it looks beautiful and fake authentic, but it is...indeed, what the locals call a Gringo place. eating is average simple taste and all food relatiw dried the service sufficient, the prices are high. the main reason for the 1 star : while I paid with credit card, I said that 10 Diez percent tip propina and the main wait included because there was a clear hierarchy added 15%. I don't think I can make mathe. it is not about the money, but about the way they treat people. therefore this warning for others.
We had an OK meal but suddenly, the front waitress brought us a Mezcal and told us it was complimentary. We didn't ask for this, and given she used the words complimentary' we thought of it as a nice gift. As we don't like Mezcal,...we didn't drink it. Funny was our discovery when we got our bill, and one of the most expensive items was this Mezcal. We told the waiter that it was brought to us by the waitress as a complimentary gift. When the waiter got the waitress, she got upset and told us it wasn't complimentary at all. We didn't drink it, but instead of taking it of our bill she insisted on us paying for it. What a very bad sense of customer service. We will never come back, this is a tourist trap.
Eat, but be very careful! They will tear you off when you are a gringo. we paid $580 for 2 g
It was my first time here, I really never write reviews because I work in the service industry. but this time I was needed first we never had a waiter who checked for us so that the manager / capitán carlos was kind to help us but it wasn't...sometimes me were busy but after I got my antree hexe the albóndigas it came cold, but it wasn't really important until I got one and it was raw. I called the next worker and he said nothing about it that he would take it and cook it back, never get it, never apologise and the worst thing they were still on the bill after I never got it! After we paid, we never got an apology or a statement it was really disappointing in my name that I really wish this place could be mexican or eat it again, there is a better job in my name
The service is bad and slow, we had to remind the waiter several times that we had ordered our drinks and eating (where the road arrived cold). eating is far below average.
