we came in with the lunch, sat and served immediately. the meal was delicious, both the wobble soup and the bark fillet were amazing. the rest of the food was also very good. I'd like to go back in everything. next time I'm in Mexico City. View all feedback.
What Ida Fabbri doesn't like about Brassi - Santa Fe:
we ended up at this place as all the options round were packed. it was new so many people did not know it at that time. the concept is a menu for everyone, either they can find Italian, American, French, autore dishes. I personally am not a big fan of this, I feel that the place should have consistency on the concept and should not take dinge out of many kitchens. Eating was not bad, but nothing to remember. if they... View all feedback.
Saturday evening we were of close friends for a very expected and meaningful night from dinner and laugh. we found ourselves on the outside terrace in the centro santa fe. there were some very palatable options here. we have tipped a coin and became brassi, over 900. luck wasn't for us. the first two signs of a problem were an empty restaurant at 19:00 clock, and dirty menus from the beginning. we started with alcohol-free drinks, two whispers and the Brassi salad. let's just say that I'm from boston and know what's true, I didn't expect a miracle, but eat something hot and creamy? not even close. it was a paux made of uncooked vegetables, white water and crispy uncocooked meat pieces. any chef, general manager or restauranter who saw and tasted would never leave the kitchen. next we ordered the table side made salsa verde, which took 7 minutes to make, and lack of salt, taste, texture, and every sense of true care on the side of the nice but uninterested person make it. Before we were halfway through our appetizers, our main courses appeared too early. to follow a simple review. the osso bucco was almost completely rare, my ribeye steak with fries had no spice at all, and was well cooked on one side and rarely on the other, the rissoto with truffle lacked any taste, and the turkey sandwich was ice cold. sad, everyone agreed that not only one thing was badly done, lack of taste, or not fulfilling the expectations of the diners, but in general the whole experience was really terrible. some of us had only one or two bites and refused to eat, but we were still presented at the end with a 1700.00 bill. no apologies, or bill reconciliation for our dissatisfaction. there we pulled the line and presented to the manager our care, which at the end has taken two meal times. We hope that this will go back to the peculiarities of this place, so that the correct measures can be taken to initiate changes throughout the board, otherwise I fear that they will see unsatisfactory assessments. for future diners who consider this as an option, I recommend to stay away for one because until they see at least the dining room full, and the menus clean.

I personally am not a big fan of this, I feel that the place should have consistency on the concept and should not take dinge out of many kitchens. Eating was not bad, but nothing to remember. if they try to be good at many things, they are at the end good in nothing. there is nothing but specialization. By the way, the service was a little distracted and was quite pushy to order the most expensive things from the menu.
Really bad experience! the whole restaurant has about 50 tables, we were like 8 tables eating and the kitchen lasted 50 minutes to bring our main dishes. I had to give back my robalo, who was a really small part and it wasn't just overcooked...but joked! the rest of the dishes was simply ok! seems like eating at all is not the problem, but the service and organization!
De buen augurio, pero mal servicio. Mucho tiempo en la espera de los alimentos. Aunque valió la pena la comida no lo disfrutamos por la tardanza. A mejorar significativamente .
