The operator lady was in the village, so after we called her from the castle, she simply got into the car at 7:30 in the evening to come up and give us food. We received three freshly baked gigantic gyros platters with fresh vegetables and the perfect texture of tzatziki. What else could a weary traveler want? : This is hospitality!
