Very nice little restaurant! Do not leave the fact that it is attached to the bowling alley, you dissuade! It's actually a quiet, half-upscale setup. I would have given them 5 stars if the bar had Campari for my favorite cocktail. View all feedback.
The #1 restaurant for Italian cuisine in the Twin Cities area, yes, but the real pleasure is the Sunday chicken dinner special. It is half a chicken fried with two sides and only available on Sunday. Poppy always has the best of service. We are usually in and out in about 45 minutes up to an hour when the immediate seat light is. My favourite menu is spaghetti and meatballs, the true bar of any Italian restaurant. I recommend a trip to Poppy's.
The food, the friendly staff and the atmosphere were all amazing at this place. We definitely recommend this restaurant!

Paul Albano, the owner, has a nice menu. The food is good and the Italian chicken dinners are very good. You have the best rib a few times a year that everyone loves. They have several salads that are very good. My only stop is that it's something Pricy. If you come to a Prime Rib night, you will be prepared for a wait. We had a 30-minute wait last night.
Good food and the visit worth. Funny, I've eaten here 3-4 times and every time, one day or two later, I'm coming with an evil cold. I don't know if the help has to wear masks or wash their hands more. I like eating here.
