I had to put it in my own oven t... read more I ordered a medium pizza with simple toppings. When I opened the box, the pizza appeared undercooked, soggy, and overly greasy. I had to put it in my own oven to finish baking it. When I called the restaurant to express my disappointment, the worker was initially unresponsive until I asked if he was still there. He then mentioned they could remake the pizza, but offered no apology. When I suggested speaking to a manager before proceeding, he quickly tried to end the conversation. I am dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and upset about the whole experience. This was unusual for me to leave a review, but I felt wronged, especially since I have had good food from this place before. Unless you are picking up your pizza in person, I do not recommend trying the Create Your Own Pizza option.
