We had a early dinner after having spent the afternoon in Morgat beach. We enjoyed the crepes, both salted and sweet: really really good! The service was quick and perfect. Recommended! View all feedback.
What Maurice Vidal doesn't like about Atao aman:
I enjoyed the crepes and they do have a interesting concept with rhum shots. But unfortunately the staff, specially the male staff is very unfriendly and grumpy. If you want to go to eat I highly recommend it if you want to go and see...a football game at the bar or simply for some drinks, I do not recommend it. They're lucky it's the only bar around and maybe that's why they are so unfriendly. View all feedback.

This place has some of the best crepes around in a very friendly set up. The previous owner was horrendous but sold and the new owners are nice and welcoming. Makes such a difference. Please go and try. They held sometimes music concerts too.
A low key kind of place, seats on the terrace overlooking the bay, inexpensive. We had: La Cochonne (yes, piggy), with andouille sausage, chevre and pommes cuites and Le Saucisse, with egg, cheese, and sausage. Note here that the egg is like a fried egg, not hard cooked. The Breton crepes are a little different, folded into squares. But yummy! We shared a dessert crepe of banana chocolate and caramel salee w/almonds. The caramel salee is a Finistere stalwart - they use the Guerande fleur de sel to make the most amazing candies and ice creams - not to be missed!
I had an excellent savoury crepe, and a medocre dessert crepe on a terrace overlooking the beach, with fair prices. However, the service was very slow, despite being not that busy, and simply grouchy and unfriendly. A real shame, as on food and location, this place would warrant a higher rating.
This place is proof that you can have both excellent, friendly service and exceptional food at a very reasonable price. The owner/chef was really accommodating and even timed our order with our little girl's crepe coming out first so that we could get her underway and still enjoy our own crepes hot. He uses 100% blé noir in the savoury crêpes and they really are amazingly good. We will definitely be recommending it and going back.
